With mobile money (M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, MTN MoMo) or a Visa or Mastercard. You approve the payment on your phone. Anakhomes holds the money until 24 hours after check-in, then pays the host.

Flexible: Full refund if you cancel at least 1 day before check-in. Moderate: Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in. After that, 50% back. Firm: Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. After that, no refund.

Every listing is checked by our team before it goes live. Always pay and talk through Anakhomes so we can protect you. Report anything unsafe from your trip page any time.

Tap 'List your home', create your account with your name, email and phone, answer one simple question per screen and add at least 5 photos. Our team reviews new listings, usually within 24 hours.

24 hours after the guest checks in, straight to your M-Pesa, Mixx, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo or bank account, minus the Anakhomes host fee.

Keep your calendar up to date, reply to guests within a day, and make sure your photos show the place as it really is. Fast replies and accurate photos lead to better reviews and more bookings.
